Hai uns días Gisele (de quen xa vos teño falado outras veces) veume invitar a un concurso que tiña montado no seu blogue e que consistía en facer un titorial sobre o que quixéramos dentro dunha serie de categorías. Despois os titoriais van aparecer todos xuntos recollidos dentro do seu blogue nunha sección especial chamada "Birdie Know it all" (o nome do concurso). Se queredes participar premede no banner para ver as normas.A few days ago Gisele (who I have mentioned before) invited me to a contest she is having on her blog, where you have to write a tutorial for something we want, as long as it fits some of the contest categories. As I don't have much free time I made a tutorial for the traffic light that we had alredy built for a weekly project.

Materiais que se precisan: Caixa de zapatos, papel de xornais, feltro e unhas tapiñas para facer as luces.Materials needed: Shoe box, newspapers, felt and some tops to make the lights.
1. Faise o engrudo, nós facemos esta receita:
2. Cut the newspaper, in stripes with your hands, and cover with it (using the wheatpaste) the shoe box.
3. Colócanse as tapiñas na posición desexada e fórranse con papel de xornal e engrudo. Deíxase secar.

Poñemos 1 litro de auga a ferver e botamos 100g de fariña triga, misturámolo todo coa axuda da "minipimer". Cando volva ferver apagas o lume e seguimos revolvendo até que toma consistencia de "engrudo" ;) , botamos un chorriño de vinagre (que seica axuda a que se conserve mellor) e xa está listo. Tamén se lle pode engadir unha culleriña de asucre ó final para darlle máis forza á cola.1. Make the wheatpaste.We use this recipe:
O que sobre pódese gardar fechado na neveira unha semaniña.
Put 1 liter of water to boil, add 100grms of wheat flour and mix it with the help of a blender. When it boils again, turn off the fire and keep stirring until it gets a good sticky consistency. Add a little bit of vinager (to help it preserve better) and it's done. You can also add a spoon of sugar to the mix to give more strength to the glue.2. Córtanse tiras de papel de xornal coas mans e fórrase a caixa con axuda do engrudo.
Any leftovers from this mix can be saved in the fridge for a week.

5. Recórtanse os círculos de feltro e suxéitanse á caixa con axuda de velcro.
